With more than 40 years of industry experience, Jamie brings a deep well of knowledge and leadership to her role as Service Manager. An active member of the Club Managers Association of America, she holds certifications in ServSafe Management, RAMP Management, and CPR. Jamie oversees all dining and beverage service during dinner hours, as well as banquets, events, and large parties. She leads event and banquet setup, service, and breakdown, and is dedicated to continually elevating the overall dining experience. Jamie is also responsible for hiring, scheduling, and training all service personnel, and she handles the resolution of any service-related concerns.
